Mangaluru: Nursing student goes missing, complaint filed

Mangaluru, May 20: A girl, a student of nursing in one of the hospitals of the city, has gone missing from May 15.

Asma Banu (18), who was studying first year nursing is the one who is not to be seen from May 15.

Banu had left home at 9.15 am on May 15 saying that she was going to the hospital. However, she did not return and her whereabouts are not known.

Banu is able to speak Kannada, English and Hindi languages. Her father Mohammed Khalique has filed a complaint with the east police station of the city.

Anyone who comes across Asma Banu is requested to contact the east police station on 0824-2220520 or district control room on 2220800 or 2220801.
