Pakistan Navy's UAV Crashes Near Oil Refinery


Islamabad, Jul 19 (IANS): An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of Pakistan Navy crashed near Korangi oil refinery in Karachi here Tuesday, the Geo News reported.

The UAV, which was on a routine training mission, crashed in the vicinity of the refinery following a bird hit, said Pakistan Navy sources.

Fire erupted in the refinery after the crash. However, no casualty has been reported, police sources said.

The refinery area is a no fly zone.
