The world wants today to experience a "trial and error method". For some, it may suit in the very first instance, for some , it's once bitten twice shy. There is a proverb “If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it’s yours. If not, it was never meant to be,” is a reminder to let go and trust in a bigger plan. It’s about surrendering.

Rudolf, Some people comment just to say something because they do not have time to reason out analyse the situation in better perspective. It has happened in someone's fly. hamhara kya jaatha hi. Can someone easily accept such incident if at all takes place own fly. Parents always wish their children never go astray and some people here have performed the postmortem of the unfavourable situation. Liberty, Love & attachment are two different factors which have no corelation. Liberty deviate and Love/attachment attracts, brings closer!

Flavian, very very true, I am fully in agreement with your views! For most people, only after passing through the tough ups and downs of life in real life situations, will they get the wisdom to feel empathy for others! I, personally, just cannot imagine the amount of pain and turbulence the family of this girl will go through over a period of time for having ditched them after having cared for her for 22 years, maybe in extreme poverty though!! Only when such a misfortune knocks at one's door will they realize!! Life goes on Sir, we have to accept what it throws at us!!

"She's an adult and has a free will to live own her own. if she does not want to live with the family she should be allowed to live free" "She is 22 & fully aware about her Rights & Responsibilities" ... One who have expressed above comments or opinion, would you be able to convince the parents and pacify their grief? Such situation may come in any ones family. Think before the words flow easily. Most of us are living in matured stage of life and having conscience to feel how much we are attached our Children. My daughter was in Muscat, and she has left that place and come back to take care of me. I am ok but life is not the same as years pass. That is the meaning of love and attachment with fly members. Must have conscience to sat what is wrong.

@Kusuma Kumari Gunji MBBS DGO DNB, Nellnotore Kodyadka, please understand one needs to be practical in life; though legally old enough, she is totally immature and has absolutely no experience of the world outside her cocoon! She has taken this decision in a state of "euphoria"; will come to her senses very soon! Giving technical advice is very easy, but please put your feet in their family's shoes and imagine what would be your family's state if this would unfortunately have happened to you! Being a doc by profession, such a blunt statement was not expected from you!! Anyways wishing you all the best in your practice!!

Without a "benevolent benefactor", she would not have taken this rash and hasty step being immature, not qualified, not having a steady job! She will not understand the pain and upheaval the family, in which she was born and brought up, will suffer from this cruel/selfish decision of hers! She has not experienced the vagaries of the outside world at such an young age ( though legal),and I am sure definitely she will try to be back in her family's umbrella if not immediately, later! I have come across many such cases most of which have failed miserably! Anyways, wishing her all the very best!!

Family is the basic unit of society. Family members get support to one another. But today's family life is ruined. There is no real love and care for members. One's igo or selfishness becomes important than love and care of one another. This development is a real treat to healthy society. Thank you and God bless each and every one of us.

“One Day your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it’s worth watching.” She is grown up girl and has all the right to live her own – Which religion preaches or teaches it ? There fly rules and disciplines/morals to follow and respect one’s parents. If the parents brought a proposal she has all the rights to refuse but not to abandon them. Even after marriage, she may discard her married life and can do whatever she likes. That’s what what people mean to say? Care a hoot, you are a grown up big enough to decide and do as you like. Come on, understand the implications of your lines. 🤐

Flavian, Which religion? Following recent Divine message quote "...I will show you your whole life with a focus on your unforgiven sins. After this experience, I will show each person your mini-judgment of where you will visit based on your life’s actions. You could see hell, purgatory, or heaven, and you will experience what it would feel like in your destination. You will want to come to Confession because you will understand how much your sins offend Me..."

Readers have no business whatsoever to imagine situations here... She is legally adult and is able to take responsible decisions... First of all there should have been communication between family members and herself to avoid missing complaint saga... Anyways now the chapter is closed and she is safely working and learning... Everyone has a right to pursue their passion and can not be bound by traditional chains anymore....

Be practical and put your feet in her mother's shoes, and imagine your mental state! Giving legal advice is very easy! Read this very recent judgement of Guj HC:: "Justice Samir Dave of the Gujarat High Court on Thursday quoted the ancient Sanskrit legal text Manusmriti to support his contention that girls used to get married at the age of 14 or 15 and would often deliver a baby by the age of 17. He made the remark orally while hearing a plea seeking the termination of a seven month pregnancy by a minor rape survivor."~newswire~!! Rack your white matter and think what is legal???

Manohar Mangalore ,simply dont give your comment without knowing anything about her and family.I feel there was something that made her to leave overnight without informing family. She must have felt family is adhering her toomuch or giving no freedom to move about ?Or arranging marriage without her knowledge.?Let her feel how it is without family to be on her own .Will be more intelligent when alone to handle .Even fails also she is responsible. So one learns life outside .Let her be .Afterall she has given a reply to family. Not gone any other wrong path.Thats more important.wish her luck.Yes previously one was always dependent on family ,now times are changed going to be self sure and grown up.she can face the world now.
