Mangaluru, Jun 18: The groom who disappeared on the day of the Mehendi ritual on May 30 has now returned home.

Kishan Shetty, the groom who went missing and later contacted his sister from Ballary to inform her that he would not be returning home, finally came back on June 16.

Kishan Shetty, son of Aithappa Shetty, an entrepreneur from Varkady Devandapadpu, went missing after leaving the house to buy fruits for the Mehendi program. As a result, the planned marriage was called off.

Kishan, who had been staying in Bellary and Bengaluru, has now returned home. Kishan Shetty was in a relationship with a girl from a different caste, a resident of Kunjathur in Kerala. However, he eventually ended the relationship and proceeded with the engagement to a girl from his own caste. In response, Kishan's former lover, feeling dejected, threatened to harm herself and disrupt the marriage if he married someone else. Frightened by this, Kishan ran away from home on the day of the Mehendi ceremony.

@ real kujuma, kodial I totally agree with you. Same case with many coffee plantation labourers. Children born to White bosses (Part time hobby those days) bearing fair colour some were named British surname.

common factor...kori katta and jugari lovers are known to enjoy with other caste girls but never marry them...this is one more example....generally if threatened they finish off the girl...i think here the girl is very strong mentally and family background wise...so iski phat gayi...ball dentond saipuna edde...he spoiled the life of the girl to whom he was engaged...moron of first order...

It is better if he marries the girl to whom he is engaged... No need to worry about former girl friend ... Now a days every boy or girl has many former lovers ...
