Bantwal, Jun 21: An unsettling incident has occurred in Berkala, under the jurisdiction of Punjalakatte police station, involving the disappearance of two sisters who were en route from their father's house to their mother's residence.

The missing girls, identified as Shreya and her younger sister, are the daughters of Lavina, a resident of Berkala near Punjalakatte in Beltangady taluk.

Lavina, who has been living separately from her husband in Mada, Badagakajekaru village of Bantwal taluk, reported that her two daughters had visited their father's house on June 7. However, on June 13, when they left to return to Lavina's residence, they went missing.

The mysterious disappearance of the two girls has raised significant concerns and suspicions.

Lavina, the mother of the missing girls, has filed a complaint with the Punjalakatte police station, seeking assistance in locating her two children.

    Hard to believe.Two girls are missing ?Fotos or age etc would be helpful for anyone finds them to recognize.Nowadays free bus travel has made many women /Girls to travel all over.Hope they are not fallen in wrong hands ,return well off home.Do give fotos.Hope father has not done anything because of mothers separation ?

    check in the vicinity whether there is any kalla swami residing....they are very fond of young girls....might have been adbucted...like the one swamy who was caught in andhra....send puttur police...
