May his soul rest in peace. Now in developing cities like Mangalore the 2 wheelers increasing day by day. Every family there are 1 or 2 , two wheelers. There is no traffic rules for the riders. Even big vehicles owners are afraid to drive on roads. Separate lane for 2 wheelers is impossible in small cities. .

Separate Roadas! You may be referring to bicycle lanes. How about enforcing the traffic laws...overtaking and not overtaking zones for starters? And of course don't keep digging and leaving the police bariacdes just unattended on a highway. List goes on...common sense applicable.
