What a injustice here? Two persons innocents are killed and only one year punishment and 3thousand Rupees compansation? That too after a year ?How much lawyer got? They should not accept it .TAKE UP THE CASE again.Driver should be punished more.IS it two lives worth? For three thousand rupees you will not get some good fish in market.Hard punishment must be carried out.The dead may turn in their grub when they hear this unlawful verdict.

What an injustice to the deceased and insult to the family? Just one year imprisonment & rs. 3000/- penalty? What kind of justice is this? Two lives gone, three years passed by & this kind of sentences? No wonder we have repeated accidents and in-numerous deaths due to accidents. People know they can get away with any heinous crime by influencing our judiciary systems. Indian system should revoke Driving licence of any driver who is involved in accident that has claimed lives of people. Either just cancel the driving licence or suspend it for a couple of years. I am sure people will be more careful next time & other will be cautious with fear of punishments. Like ho wit happens in Gulf Countries.

Ridiculous court order! Even a beggar will be able to pay a fine of Rs. 3000.00 & will improve his lifestyle by spending a year in prison. In the UAE, this driver/Insurance company would have to pay Rs. 84 Lakhs for causing death of 2 persons. No wonder nobody cares about our laws and human lives.
