Mangaluru: Lourdes Central School organzies Clubs inauguration

Mangaluru, Jul 1: Lourdes Central School (LCS) Clubs was inaugurated on July 1 during school assembly. Principal Fr Robert D’Souza, vice principals Belita Mascarenhas and Anita Thomas were present. The programme began with the Universal prayer followed by the prayer song. Adithi Pai, Aliya, Bhavesh Konchady, Aryan D’Costa and Dhruv R Amin read the intentions. Ayaan Ahamed explained the thought for the day.

To spread divine grace principal and vice principals lit the sacred lamp. LCS clubs inauguration was marked by unveiling of twenty five clubs banner flex board by principal. Significance of clubs was briefed by Abdul Hamid Armaan. Club representatives gave importance of their respective clubs displaying colourful and attractive placards. The principal in his speech encouraged the students to exhibit their talents and develop their skills. He also told the students to totally involve themselves in various activities conducted during clubs.

The programme was compeered by Anora Elizabeth Mathias and Erina Maria Muhsin under the guidance of their class teacher Noeleen Pais of Class 6C. The programme concluded with School Anthem.
