New Delhi, Jul 27: After coming under fire for all the allegations of corruption against it, it is now Congress' time to give back to BJP, after Karnataka Lokayukta submitted his report directly indicting state chief minister B S Yeddyurappa on Wednsday, July 27.

Congress leader Ahmed Patel took little time to retaliate to the BJP leadership which had termed the Manmohan Singh government as the 'most corrupt in Independent India' after the 2G scams rocked the nation.

On Wednesday, Ahmed Patel hit back saying that the Rs 16,000 crore corruption in mining in Karnataka alone proved that the Yeddyurappa-led Karnataka government was the most corrupt in the history of Independent India.

A major political tussle is expected not only in Karnataka but also in the entire country after the explosive report submitted by N Santosh Hegde, the Lokayukta who is due to retire from his post on August 2.

    Sorry to differ from others,
Pl note justice Santosh Hegde is over enthusiastic in targeting Mr. Yadyurappa which is unfair.
    1. Why his report is mum on Congress CMs (S M Krishna & Dharam Singh) and even Governor Mr Rameshvar Takur even every one knows that all these people were involved in mining scams.
    2. Even though Dharam Singh name was there in the preliminary report it is missing in final report.
    3. Even though he has mentioned Mr. Kumara swamy's name and his involvement in the issue of mining license no action has been recommended against him why?.
    3. He leaked the report before submission to create the hype and went on talking about the report (in the name of giving clarification to press) like a politician.
    4. He would have kept quite till the submission of the report as a matured judge where he utterly failed in concealing his anger against Mr. Yedyurappa.
    5. He has mentioned that CM has taken donations of Rs. 10Crores in the name of education Trust (Prerana) which is managed by his children and sold a property worth only 1.4 Crores to 20 crores to the people involved in mining but has not mentioned how he helped those people in return.
    6. Why Justice Hegde predicted that Government will not take any action about this report and only he expects the action from Governor or supreme Court, even before submitting the report.
    7. Mr. Hegde a very matured, retired supreme court judge (son of respected Justice K S Hegde -behaved like a petty politician.
