Tulu film ‘Gabbar Singh’ to be released in December

Mangaluru, Jul 26: The shooting of Tulu film ‘Gabbar Singh’ that raises interest by its name is completed and the film has been sent to the censor board for certification.

The shooting for the film being produced under the banner of Muthu Gopal Film Barkur by Sathish Poojary Barkur was held in three stages at Surathkal, Chitrapur, Baikampady and other places. Sharan Shetty is the hero and Vencita is the heroine of the film. Sharan Shetty can be seen as the strict officer that brings about peace during unrest in the society. Gabbar Singh is the action thriller family oriented film. It is expected to hit the screens in December. Pradeep Baikady has shouldered the responsibility of the story, script and direction. Madhu Surathkal has written the dialogues.

Navin D Padil, Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Umesh Mijar, Ravirama Kunja, Girish M Shetty Kateel, Prajwal Prakash, Udaya Alva Idya, Shashi Bellayaru, Chandrahasa Shetty Mani, Sampath Lobo, Asha Shetty Shibaroor, Bhavya Shetyy, Lahari Shetty Padre, Veena Shetty, Shilpa Shetty, Santhosh and others are in the cast.

Photography is by Ravi Suvarna, editing by Prajwal Suvarna, music by Dolwin Kolalgiri, stunts by Alwimet Shiv, dances by Avinash Bangera and Shubhakiran Mani, art by Venkatesh, Make up by Pradeep and costumes are by Sharath Barke.

Assistant directors are Pushparaj Rai and Jayaraj helped by Bhagyaraj. Shashiraj Kavoor, Prashanth C K, Arun Lewis, Umesh Mijar and Geetha have provided script.

Gabbar Singh has a unique story created in a manner pleasing the audience. It has comedy also. Producer Barkur Sathish Poojary said that the film will hit the screens in December.
