These local MPs and DCs come only when a problem crops up. And that too in an Umbrella matching her dress colour and why is a security personnel holding the umbrella? Plus this media always is notified of such staged visits for publicity! They never see the need for properly engineered necessities nor contracts given to inexperienced contractors, whose shoddy jobs gets a bridge washed away! People should demand better facilities and utilities as they are paying taxes on everyday living with GST on everything and its not required for a DC who knows nothing to address their problems or issues.
