Udupi, Aug 1: Liturgical seminar of Our Lady of Fatima Church was held here at Perampalli on Sunday July 31.
The seminar commenced with the Holy Mass. Director of Mangala Jyothi Diocese of Mangalore Fr Boniface Pinto was the resource person, he explained about the importance of Sunday and Sunday Obligations during the Mass.
He spoke about how to participate in the Holy Mass also explained different types of liturgy in church. Parish priest Fr Romeo Lewis explained about the importance of the Word of God in the Holly Mass.
Vice president of PPC Lancy D'Sa, secretary Joseph D'Souza and superior of the convent were chief guests at the occasion.
Rosey Pinto welcomed the gathering and Fr Romeo Lewis the Parish Priest of Perampally Church proposed vote of thanks. Jerome Saldanha compered. 250 parishioners witnessed the event.
