Sad to hear a person died on railway tracks .May his soul rest in peace.Hope someone will recognize him or wold be missing somewhere .Preserve his DNA .if noone claims.Cant say whether someone kept him on tracks after killing?to mislead.?Heartfelt sympathy to the family if recognized.
