Mangaluru: CCB apprehends accused wanted in 19-year-old case from Malur

Mangaluru, Aug 10: In a significant development, the City Crime Branch (CCB) has successfully apprehended an absconding accused linked to a 19-year-old case. The individual was apprehended in Malur.

The case in question pertains to Bajpe Police Station Crime Record No. 192/2004 under sections 395 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The local police circle number associated with this case is 23/2018.

The accused, identified as Haneef alias Mohammed Haneef alias Bangarkooli Haneef, is 43 years old. He resides at Brettu Mane, Malluru, Ulayabettu in city.
