Video, pics of drugged Kerala youth 'enjoying' in Mysuru go viral

Mysuru, Aug 10 (IANS): Photos and videos of a group of young boys and girls in a drugged state in agricultural land in Goluru in Karnataka's Mysuru district have gone viral on social media on Thursday, creating a concern among the public.

According to sources, the drugged youths from Kerala had stopped near Goluru in the agricultural land belonging to locals.

In the video, one of the girls can be seen losing control and rolling over on the ground.Even as her friends are trying to help her stand, the girl pulls and drags them back. Somehow, the group manages to take her along with them.

When the locals questioned the youth about their objectionable act, they assaulted them, the sources added.

The development has raised a question on the sale and network of drugs, including ganja, on the Karnataka-Kerala border.

Am sure these drugs were given to them first time without their knowledge so that next time they may long for it and become a regular customer ?Like chocolates laced with what?Pathatic state of young boys and children.Would they ever become a good citizen or have a educational highlight.I doubt. In future they will be wanting or consuming this ,because they are addicted to it already.Same with alcohol too.We are showing finger to west or North. When you see today India is not only marching faster than other countries towards drug addicts,When is Independence day?We will hoist our flag proudly. But how proud are we today about our children and joblessness?

This is a seriously dangerous development... We can remember a car that was driven dangerously in Parkala, Manipal and guys ran into the forest leaving the car... Obviously when they are not able to control themselves in walk , have to be extremely dangerous to self and others while behind wheels...

Prakash, IMHO most of these gruesome accidents, late night accidents, involve young students of professional colleges are caused because of the influence of alcohol or drugs or a cocktail of both! It's high time 😨 some research agency works on it and publishes the findings,as the trend seems to be increasing by the day; easy flowing NRI and HNI money is the root cause of this!!
