KSRTC bus conductor issues ticket for bicycle tyre held by passenger in Haveri

Haveri, Aug 12: In a strange incident that is reported from Ranebennur in the district, a KSRTC conductor handed over a luggage ticket to a passenger who was carrying bicycle tyre in his hand. The incident took place a week ago.

Netizens are saying that this is the effect of Shakti guarantee scheme.

Farmer Umesh Patil was carrying a new bicycle tyre in his hand as he was travelling from Ranebennur. The conductor gave Rs 75 ticket for both Umesh and the cycle tyre he was carrying. The photo of ticket and the farmer carrying cycle tyre has gone viral on social media.

The farmer accused that the conductor said that there is an order from the higher authorities to issue ticket for every piece of luggage carried by the passengers.
