Karkala: Bikers rescue cattle trapped in sludge formed due to rain

Karkala, Aug 13: Amidst enjoying the rainy season, a group of bikers who ventured towards Amavasebailu, rescued a a distressed cattle mired in sludge.

One seeing the trapped cow, Without hesitation, the bikers promptly undertook the rescue operation, successfully extricating the cattle from its predicament. The footage of their compassionate act was uploaded online three days ago, and has since garnered an impressive viewership of over eight million.

The duration of time that the unfortunate cattle spent trapped in the sludge remains unknown. However, these kind-hearted bikers intervened, enabling the animal to regain its freedom and mobility. Anny Arun, who was passing by, was moved by the dire situation of the animal.

Sharing his account with a Kannada news channel, Arun stated, "As we were traversing the streets of Amavasebailu, we chanced upon the plight of the cattle. Without delay, we extended our aid in freeing it from the sludge. Following the rescue, a woman kindly assisted us in cleaning our hands." Arun documented the incident and shared it on Instagram.

The video was shared on Instagram three days ago and has garnered over eight million views, along with more than 1,502,595 likes and 16,823 comments. The online response has been overwhelmingly positive, with individuals applauding the compassionate act that helped save the innocent animal. The bikers have earned praise for their selfless efforts in rescuing the distressed cattle, showcasing their empathetic nature.

    Where are those so called Bajarangis who are fake protectors of cows. They are only for name sake. Great work bikers and those who helped them to save the cow.

    seeing the petta i feel that it was left for its fate by the cheddi fellow as it might have turned goddu and stopped giving milk....most of the so called milk farmers do not care for cows once they are past their prime...sad state...just saying matha till it gives milk....bokka sadig budper....poora nataka

    Real kujuma- you are absolutely right. These are the same people who are so proud of ‘ india’ and their leader’ modi’ that they work and live in foreign country. These are the same people who are ‘ against’ western outfits culture etc when in india - but you can see them in western outfits when they work and live in foreign countries. Another name for these people is ‘ psuedo natuonalist’
