Udupi: Car jumps road divider, hits bike - Two seriously injured

Udupi, Aug 14: A car hit a bike after its driver lost control and drove it over the road divider at Katapadi on NH 66 on Monday August 14 morning.

The rider and pillion on the bike were seriously injured in the collision.

They were admitted to a private hospital in Udupi by social worker Austin.

A case is registered in this connection at Kaup police station.

    Car jumped of the divider .. if saparate lane would be there also car would hit truck bus or another vechile …so for all saparate lane required for each vechile

    during the rule of bomma raya...licences were issued without checking the driving skills of people...this is the result...now Nalvadi Sidda Devaraya will set everything right..

    Extreme caution is necessary while driving in highways ... One must know that other road users' lives are also precious... This looks like an over speeding accident and quite reckless... Especially during rainy season extra care should be exercised... Wishing speedy recovery to the injured....
