Mangaluru: Kidnap of minor girl – Infamous rowdy sheeter arrested

Mangaluru, Aug 15: Panambur police personnel arrested infamous rowdy of Kasba Bengre, Mohammed Sarfraz alias Chappu (22), under the POCSO Act, in connection with kidnapping of minor girl of the same locality.

The crime took place on August 10. Panambur police who swung into action, apprehended the rowdy sheeter within 24 hours.

Chappu has more than eight cases against him in Byndoor, Mangaluru, Panambur and other police stations. He was absconding in the case registered in Byndoor police station.

Inspector Somshekhar, sub-inspector Raghavendra Naika, Jnanashekhar, ASI Krishna, personnel Pramod, Premanand, Manik and Seema were involved in the operation.

    Such a rowdy sheeter is still roaming outside ,not inside the lock?Time to arrest and give the required treatment.Such people are at this small age itself have broken all records in everything ,shouldnt raom around more.Hang him or life long inside.Let the small girls be grow up slowly.
