23-year-old Sonia Rodrigues goes missing as she lands in Mangaluru seeking job

Mangaluru, Aug 16: Sonia Rodrigues (23) of Honnavar who landed here in search of a job has gone missing according to a complaint filed by her father with the Kadri police.

Sonia had moved into Mangaluru about 8 months ago and had reportedly informed her family that she was staying in an apartment at Bendur. Repeated calls were made to her and when she did not respond to them and on enquiring about her at the apartment the residents said they had no information about her, Sonia's father said in the complaint.

    @ Monty Doctor; since Honnavar is not far away from Mangalore, wonder why her parents didn't come personally and cross check on her for 8 months? For me, it looks like a case of elopment! Hope and wish she has not fallen into the wrong hands of a human trafficking cartel, which are very much active! FYI, I do not believe in organised religion and that the creator, if any, is only one!!

    Hope and pray she is safe .Here something very important is missing her FOTO.Instead they have given Police station foto.why?Does it help any way .If foto is given someone if at all can recognize and tell.
