Mangaluru, Aug 19: Waahmos, an exciting new start-up, has officially opened its doors at St Aloysius College Campus on August 17. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr Praveen Martis SJ, principal, Fr Vincent Pinto, finance officer, Dr Alwyn DSa, registrar, Dr Adarsha Gowda, dean, entrepreneurship and consultancy cell, block directors and faculty members.
The staff and students of St Aloysius Community thrilled to witness the debut of Waahmos, ready to support this ground breaking. Excitement filled the air as the ribbon was cut, signalling the dawn of a new era in the campus, as the first campus start-up of St Aloysius College opens.
Waahmos is a start-up founded by Kiranjit Mayengbam, a student of BBA at St Aloysius College. Waahmos covers the sectors of education, skilling, student services and food and beverages. It aims to empower the young students by giving an opportunity to work on campus and educate them by giving a hands-on experience of real life business activities and management challenges through a chain of fast food outlets in schools and colleges all over India.
The management, principal and staff congratulated and supported Kiranjit Mayengbam’s project and wished him well in his future endeavours.
