Mangaluru, Aug 19: A man was arrested for illegally storing gas cylinders in a room.
The arrested is identified as Shaikh Ashaf Uddin (59), a resident of Shaikh Garden Building, near New Chitra talkies.
Police arrested Shaikh Ashaf Uddin for illegally storing 26 gas cylinders in various sizes including three Indane and HP gas cylinders. The cylinders were stored in a small room near Gas Light and Service Centre at Alake.
A case in this connection is registered at Mangaluru east police station.
