THERE WILL BE NO LESSONS LEARNT -- FROM THIS ---- (While on one hand we can appreciate the Ambulance Drivers commitment - -sadly had died on the spot ---- and in the Call of Duty -----and the patient also now succumbed --A sad news -- -)-- But same time --- There should be some sort of regulation for Ambulances. -- In the process of trying to reach the patient at the earliest to the hospital they are a hazard on the roads -- AMBULANCE if well-equipped will have or should have-- all the necessary lifesaving equipment's -- so it can take care of emergency for a few hours -- it will be like an ICU -- Further patient is traumatized with high-speed driving -- vehicle swaying from one end to the other etc incl others in the vehicle ---- AS WAS THIS NOW DECEASED PATIENT ----

Most Ambulances in India are only used for transporting patients and dead bodies , very few are equipped with life saving equipment and emergency trained personnel. None of the roads including the ones in big cities have dedicated ambulance lanes . Speed governors should be installed on these vehicles to prevent rash driving not only for the patients but also for others on the road.
