Bantwal, Aug 26: A case is filed against a youth in Vittal police station on the accusation of enticing a minor girl, taking her on his bike and behaving indecently with her.

The accused is identified as Mohammed Naushad. Naushad lives in a rented house by the side of the house of the victim girl. The girl was going to school when Mohammed approached her and enticed her to go to Ullal beach and took her on his bike. When the bike reached Kodangayi, he stopped the bike and behaved in an indecent manner with the girl.

A teacher in the school enquired with the mother of the victim girl why her daughter has not come to school. The mother of the girl asked her classmates. They conveyed about the girl going with Mohammed on the bike.

A case under POCSO is filed in Vittal police station.

    when the accused misbehaved then now the time to police to behave with hard action and also the parents of the girl should behave with victim with strict warning.

    this is one more fishy case..why did the girl agree to go with him in the bike...definitely she is not a kid...when she went willingly she should have known that it may go anyway..i always advice boys to be careful....ultimately they will be on the receiving end...

    She is a School going girl. Have some sense to comment. I am sure you have read so many time that the girls have only half the brain of men. their witness is worth half that of men? . Despite knowing so much you comment like this. when reading you have been taught that girls are pea brained but here you want to show that girl is responsible. what an hypocrite you are.
