Please police must investigate to rule out any case of bullying. As mentioned he was high achieving in academics. So trigger factor is not academic stress. Police must investigate.

All this happens when there is no good and intimate communication with parents children Parents love their children when they are small But as they grow they may be having love inside heart but not showing from outside. Same thing happened to me also When I was small my dad wants me to sleep with him. When I grow and started going to college he directly told me don't sleep here.you sleep separate. I felt he not love me anymore This is what happens in most of the children.they think nobody loves me I request all parents to keep your mobile away for some time and give time to your children

True; in my own words children should be treated as close friends wherein they have no shame or inhibition in confiding to their parents all their fears and deeds!! In most cases, they keep to themselves certain things and ruminate on that with no one to give an ear to them resulting in anxiety, depression and finally suicidal ideation!!

Jeevan Riyad, first of all what was the cause of his suicide we dont know.Thats why we shouldnt rule with same scale everyone .What in your case as you narrate ,you wanted to sleep with dad even as a college boy?Hope you were by then a bit grown up boy and understand why your dad wanted to sleep by yourself. With the age one is day by day grown up.Thats time to have to be with class mates or college mates and learn life . Parents love their children ,but not all the time to sit with them .You should learn life.May his soul rest in peace.Recently many people are tend to suicide without reason.May be stress or sometimes they take tablets during sports in studio .That make many people stress .and tend to suicide. Not all people can go with this tablets to be strong.Heartfelt sympathy to the familly

RIP! The educational system of studying by rote and pushing oneself beyond threshold limits to gain high percentage marks is one of the main reasons for brilliant children to get burnt out; there are many other contributory factors though! Mushrooming of rabid coaching classes has added fuel to the 🔥! BTW, in Kota the hub of IIT coaching classes, nearly 18 children have committed suicide recently by hanging due to extreme pressure to excel; result of that, the administration has instructed all hostels and associated places to replace ceiling fans with table fans! Moreover, our education system does not teach life skills, confronting failure/setback etc! Actually parents need to be counseled in the first place as youngsters have very fragile impressionable mindsets!!

B'coz of too much toxic news & messages the young generation is in cross roads...., their moral courage is deteriorating slowly & steadily day by day..., end up making them good for nothing..., the political class & ideology who were backed by third class thug crony business men ... provocating them to engage in protest/agitation/trolling etc., time for Hindu parents to mentor their children to be away from poisonous political ideologist.

Why should our youth pay such a price ? This is a failure of society in providing a good place for young people to prosper in. Adults and parents have responsibilities that they should not shirk. Society needs to introspect and course correct.
