PM visit to Bengaluru ISRO: State BJP leaders ignored, taunts Congress

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Aug 26: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at HAL on Saturday in order to congratulate the scientists of ISRO over the successful Chandryaan-3 mission. He was welcomed by the chief secretary of state government Vandita Sharma.

None of the state BJP leaders went to HAL airport to welcome Modi. Like commoners, all the BJP leaders should behind barricades and waved at the PM. Though the BJP leaders tried to come in front when PM Modi was moving through the road, police prevented them.

MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLAs R Ashok, H Vishwanath, M Krishnappa and Muniratna were stopped behind barricades by the police.

The Congress took the opportunity and tanuted the state BJP leaders who were not allowed to go near Modi. Tweeting on the subject, the state Congress said, “What a pity of state BJP leaders. The generals and kings of state BJP are on the streets. These pictures are proof that the BJP high command and Modi have left them to their fate on the streets after the humiliating defeat in the recent assembly elections. Even minimum respect is not given.”

Though I’m not a supporter of any party, the pictures of elected representatives standing and waving at the ‘ illeterate ‘are disturbing to watch. We Kannadigas should condemn it irrespective of political affiliations. How can someone treat an elected representative that way? Wake up kannadigas before we will face the same treatment given to us in our OWN STATE by an outsider.

Well, volagina guttu shivane balla. Who knows, rather than make it a political visit, he wanted to make it strictly a visit to ISRO and probably that is the terms and conditions agreed with Siddu.

Only shows modis mindset. He also didnt allow siddaramiah to greet him as per protocol. I wonder why do highly educated people if mangalore vote for him. Then i realise from the muzaffarnagar incident where an educated teacher gets a muslim child beaten by his classmates, that hate is not destroyed by education. Hate is a disease which cannot be treated
