@Rita, FYI, our education is not ready for industry oriented jobs; these paper degree holders only have some obsolete theoretical knowledge (when technology is evolving at a very rapid pace); the companies have to spend time and money to train these paper degree holders; without any specific job skills it's very difficult to get jobs; moreover most do not have basic communication skills, command over English language, which are very very important for a responsible post! You might be surprised to note that 22-25% of employees in top tech companies like Google, Amazon etc are recruiting just on the basis of their skillsets irrespective of whether they have University degrees or not! Future jobs will only for those with specific skills and not paper degree holders! There is exceptional cases of top class institutions like IITs, Bits pilani, NITs, IIMs, IISC, and a few chosen ones; rest are all degree churning machines! The above is my very personal unbiased opinion; please do your own research and analysis!🤔
