Udupi: Awareness talk on oral hygiene for children held at Trinity Central School Manipal

Udupi, Aug 28: A talk on ‘ORAL HYGIENE’ was conducted on August 22 at Trinity Central School by doctors of Department of Pediatric Kasturba Hospital, Manipal. 
 
Dr Isha, Dr Shubhangi, Dr Yoshitha, Dr Ronak, Dr Gouthami and Dr Nimmy conducted the sessions. 

They brought an awareness to the students of Grade 2-4 about oral hygiene and tips to stay healthy. The session focused on enlightening children about Brushing teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, cleaning between teeth regularly to remove plaque, visiting the dentist for routine check-ups and professional cleaning and also drinking fluoridated water and following  a well-balanced diet.
