Two families clash after spat between children in Noida, 5 arrested

New Delhi, Sep 3 (IANS): Five persons from two families were arrested after a fight broke out between their children in a coaching centre in Noida's Ladpur village.

On Friday morning, the children from both families went to attend tuition classes where they engaged in a heated argument and reportedly threw pebbles at each other.

The children then recounted the entire incident to their parents. Later, the family of one child visited the home of another to settle the dispute. However, a fight broke out after which a neighbour dialled the PCR to report the incident.

The police arrived at the scene and arrested five individuals.

"We filed the case against Charan Singh, Jay Baghwan, Devesh, Sanjay, and Hari Om," the police said.

They were presented before a local court, which remanded them to judicial custody.
