Udupi: Differently-abled man rescued, admitted to rehabilitation centre

Udupi, Sep 4: A differently-abled man, native of Maharashtra, was rescued from Brahmavar.

Santhosh Shetty Kenjoor saw a man seeking help and crying near Kokkarne on Saturday night. He along with the help of renowned social worker Vishu Shetty got him admitted to a rehabilitation centre for differently-abled people at Uppur.

The differently-abled man said that someone brought him for work and dropped him at Brahmavar and escaped. Vishu Shetty has requested public to contact Brahmavar police station or Spandana ashram in case they know the kith and kin of the victim.
