Baroda, Sep 4: The 169th birth anniversary of Jagadguru Narayana Guru was celebrated by Gujarat Billava Sangha at Brahmabaidarkala auditorium, Alkapura here on September 3.

The rituals were held in the leadership of honorary president of the sangha, Dayananda Bontra. Umaben and Anil Bhai Raval gave a homily about the sacrifices of parents in the lives of their children.

Earlier, president of the sangha Vishwanath G Poojary and Amitha V Poojary couple inaugurated the programme.
