Puttur, Sep 8: Two persons have been arrested in the forest area on grounds of their suspicious movements.
The accused arrested have been identified as Pramod and Prakash, residents of Pudubettu of Shishila village's Hevaje in the zonal forest area limits. The accused were moving around the forest area with airgun on Monday night.
Both of the accused persons were interrogated and their bike was seized.
The next round of investigation is being conducted by zonal officer K K Jayaprakash.
