Mangaluru: ‘Alfa Plaza’ commercial complex inaugurated at Maryhill

Mangaluru, Sep 9: ‘Alfa Plaza’, a commercial complex by Aloysius Frank Lobo was inaugurated by his mother-in-law Christine Miranda here at Maryhill junction on Saturday September 9.

Parish priest of St Lawrence Church - Bondel, Fr Andrew Leo D’Souza blessed the commercial building.

The owner of Alfa Plaza, Aloysius Frank Lobo honoured the contractor and also the managing director of Ace Developers, Gregory D’Silva.

Meanwhile, all those who were responsible for the construction works were honoured by Aloysius Frank Lobo and his wife Daizy Lobo.

Sudhir Kumar extended his good wishes to Aloysius Frank Lobo and said, “Aloysius is a good friend of mine and he is a person who treats everyone equally. This commercial project is truly a symbol of his sincerity. He is a person with qualities of sincerity and selfless attitude. Behind his success there is also a great support from his wife, children and family. He is also an active member of Tulu Koota and under his leadership, it was possible for all of us to organise various programmes. This family is truly an inspiration for all.”

Fr Antony Serrao was also present.

Placid Lobo compered the event and proposed the vote of thanks.

Alfa Plaza commercial premise consists of 3 floors with a basement. The basement is around 500 sq ft, the ground floor is around 1000 sq ft, the remaining floor such as the first floor, second floor and the third floor is all about 1500 sq ft. The ground floor has a salon & spa, at the top there is an A/C hall with a 150 capacity crowd, and the remaining 2 floors are to be sold out for rent.
