Celebrating the birthday of the Mother of Jesus which is also celebrated as Harvest Festival and more importantly the Feast of the Family for the Konkani Kutam, for he fist time, is really a joy for all of us. The traditional showering of flowers to Infant-Mary, celebration of the Holy Eucharist with an inspiring Homily, blessing of the new grain and the girl child as well as the sumptuous breakfast, were whole heartedly welcomed and enjoyed by all who attended. God bless and inspire you to continue this tradition of our Mother and keep the family united through this effort. A big thanks to all who made it happen.
Great celebrations at Holy Redeemer Church. Thanks everyone who worked behind the scene.
It was a joyful celebration at Holy Redeemer Church (HRC) Hennur. We had around 200 people who came to honor our blessed Mother. We started with a devoteful prayer and procession and concluded with breakfast. Our guest Father Sunil served mass and explained about the meaning of Family. Our Parish Priest Rev Fr Christopher and Asst Parish Priest Rev Fr Gerald concelebrated the mass. Thanks to all who made a point to come and receive our Mother's blessings.
