Kundapur, Sep 20: The students of MIT College, Moodlakatte have won laurels in the Mr Kundapur and Mrs Kundapur organized by JCI Kundapur city as part of JC Week.
Srinidhi Shetty, an alumna of the college, won Miss Kundapur award. First year student Sasikala, won the Miss Kundapura runner-up and Shreya Upadhyaya also won Miss Kundapura runner-up. In boys' category, Mulla Sameer, a student of MBA, won Mr Kundapura and Arjun Raj, a student of computer science, won the runner-up position.
Various entertainment programmes were also organized by the cultural team of the college. During the award distribution, JCI Kundapur city president Dr Soni, founder president Hussain Haikadi, past president Raghavendra Charan Navada, week chairman Raghavendra Kulal, MIT college cultural club coordinator Prof Harish Kanchan, Prof S Adiga, and Prof Venkatesh were present.
