Udupi: St Cecily's PU College celebrates 'Service Before Self' respecting Indian soldiers

Udupi, Sep 25: A programme to celebrate the indomitable spirit and valour of the soldiers ofIndia, was conducted at St Cecily's PU College, Udupi on Friday, September 22 in the college auditorium.

"Service before Self," the motto of the Indian army was effectively displayed through a meaningful skit. Homage was paid to war heroes by remembering with solemnity their supreme sacrifice for the motherland. Tributes were paid to the bravehearts with renditions of song and dance. The principal, Sr Rachana urged the students to emulate qualities of discipline and responsibility.

The programme concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
