Abu Dhabi, Aug 18 (IANS/WAM): The UAE finance ministry Wednesday held an annual Iftar dinner for its employees and senior management to reflect the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan.
The event was attended by children from the Zayed House for Family Care and a select group of journalists and members of the media in Abu Dhabi.
Minister of State for Financial Affairs Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, ministry under secretary Younis Haji Al Khouri and assistant under secretaries of support services at the ministry were also present on the occasion.
Besides reinforcing Ramadan values, the Iftar was organised to enhance relations between ministry employees and the senior management and to reinforce a sense of team spirit.
