Cong MLA Pradeep Eshwar takes part in 'Big Boss' K’taka; complaint lodged

Bengaluru, Oct 9 (IANS): A complaint had been submitted to the Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly U.T Khader against Congress MLA Pradeep Eshwar becoming a contestant in the Kannada version of the Big Boss reality show.

The complaint was submitted by the Vande Mataram Social Service Organisation to the Speaker which urged that MLA Pradeep Eshwar should be sacked.

The entry of Congress MLA Pradeep to a television reality show has triggered debate as the state is reeling under severe drought.

“Pradeep Eshwar is a legislator from Chikkaballapur constituency. He is getting a salary from the state government and he needs to respond to the grievances of the people of his constituency at any given point. Without realising his responsibility, he has gone to participate in an entertainment reality programme,” the complaint alleged.

It said that he should be sacked from his position and that also his salary and allowances should be withheld. He should be sacked with immediate effect.

Pradeep Eshwar, a motivational speaker who also runs a training academy, emerged as the dark horse from the Congress party and defeated former minister K. Sudhakar from the BJP.

Only CM or DCM can be expected to be full time on the job... Check other MLAs whether they are full time doing duty as per oath taken,,, Also has anybody checked how much time he would spend in shooting and where is the Studio... If it is not out of Bangalore or out of country one can raise objection... Otherwise there is no rule that there can not be private life or sane life of liking for any politician...

See whatever political ideological differences are there , in that case modi was trying to show the wildlife sanctuary of India ( including his self promotion), it was also like a promotion to our wildlife tourism with Bear Grylls( who is very famous with his show man vs wild worldwide) but here in Pradeep eshwar case, he went to a stupid reality drama show which doesn't promote anything except for some nonsense stupidity.

Seen and heard of his good work. But now it look that all his good work is in vain. Being elected member, he should have refrained from such games. Mr.Pradeep Eshwar, please withdraw from such games and keep up your prestige. Continue your good work to the elected people so that people will remember you always

What is not acceptable Frem, if participating in Big boss or complaining about him to speaker. Though I am a hardcore congi man, I am also not very happy with the present government with respect to its steps on developmental works, free Bhagya schemes, policy about education, poverty eradication, unemployment eradication. Most important to note is they don't have any plans to improve government schools and hospitals which are very essential to the poor.
