Udupi: Israel-Palestine conflict – Bishop Dr Gerald Lobo prays for peace

Udupi, Oct 10: Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo, bishop of Udupi diocese expressed extreme concern over the escalation of conflict between Israel and Palestine and wished the war to stop and peace to be re-established.

Bishop requested all to pray for the safety of 5000 people of Udupi who are working in Israel and also for the peace to be re-established.

The bishop also requested the natives of Udupi district to provide details of people of the district who have gone to Israel for business, education, employment and other purposes to the control room that is opened in DC office of Manipal.
