Mangaluru: Launch Of AGNOFEST-Celestia 2023 held

Mangaluru, Oct 10: St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru launched its annual intercollegiate national level fest titled Celestia 2023 for the academic year 2023-24 on 9 October 2023 on the college grounds. This is a cultural fest for both the undergraduate and pre-university level students of the country.

The principal Sr Dr M Venissa A C unveiled the logo and title of the fest that was imprinted on an expansive banner in the presence of the student cabinet, the staff and the student body. The atmosphere was charged with cheer, music and dance.

Addressing the gathering the Principal congratulated the student leaders and volunteers for their enthusiasm and efforts and wished them all the very best for the fest. The staff co-ordinator Geeta Nazareth, PG Department of Chemistry also addressed the gathering and said that the wondrous title “Celestia” is inspired by the recent Chandrayan and the human sense of wonderment about the universe and beyond. She encouraged the students to stand together and make this fest a memorable event for all.

The details of the various events that comprise this fest will be available on the college website. Students from all over are invited to be a part of this fest and take the opportunity to showcase their talents and win attractive prizes.
