Cancer in recent times has a big connection to low sleep pattern and late eating habits. It also has connection to the white light emitted by LED lamps and our most beloved mobile phones. Its not a joke but true...its important improve sleep pattern and eating timeline. LED lamps should be of 2800k temperature emitting cream colored light rather than 6200k cool day light.... how all these are connected ? You may ask then answer is go and study a bit about the topic called Autopagy and how it impacts our body repair function.

Cervical cancer is primarily caused by certain types of human papillomavirus (HPV), which is a virus.HPV is a sexually transmitted infection that can lead to the development of cervical cancer in some cases. It's important to note that not all HPV infections lead to cancer, but some high-risk strains of the virus can increase the risk of cervical cancer when they persist and lead to abnormal cell changes in the cervix. Vaccination against certain HPV strains, regular cervical cancer screening (such as Pap tests), and early detection and treatment of abnormal cervical cell changes are important measures to prevent and manage cervical cancer.
