Udupi: Fire breaks out in storage yard of water pipeline company

Udupi, Oct 17: A fire broke out accidentally in a storage yard of Varahi water pipeline company here in Pakkibettu Santhekatte Kallianpur near Baba Doda on Tuesday, October 17.

The private land that was leased by Varahi water pipeline project execution company was used as a storage yard for the company's equipment.

The fire department personnel and the locals are trying to douse the fire.

Reason for the fire incident is yet to be ascertained and more details are awaited.
