Mumbai, Aug 24: Even though Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone had given their debuts at the box office together, the two seem to be hitting it off real well.

Both the ladies had appeared at film maker Karan Johar’s chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’.

Speaking about her equation with Deepika, Sonam said that the two have not really met each other for a long time.  Sonam said, “She is sweet if and when we meet. However, we haven't met since we made an appearance on Karan Johar's show. We don't have time, I guess.”

On being questioned about a rumoured cold war between the two, Sonam  merely sashayed her way across the question with a response, “For two people to be friends, they need to think alike, isn't it?”

Further, Sonam added that she does not have a body like Deepika’s or Bipasha Basu’s to flaunt in a bikini. But if her role demanded for a beach scene then she would surely have to wear one as she could not possibly be there in a salwar kameez!
