How can the Karnataka State have Law and Order if such hard core criminals are let loose and are so brave and determined to defy all norms and carry on with their evil trade and the commissioner of police boast of being the commissioner, without the pun intended. I believe the Karnataka Judiciary should learn from Muslim countries how to rid an evil hard core Muslim criminal.
