Mangaluru, Oct 21: To mark the ninth day festivity of 'Navaratri', the Daijiworld Private Media Limited performed Ayudha Puja at its corporate office in Bondel on Saturday, October 21.
The priest performed puja to the electronic components including computers, and cameras, to the two-wheelers, four-wheelers and other things used to earn one's livelihood.
Daijiworld Media Private Limited managing director Walter Nandalike, operations director Melvyn Rodrigues, director Alexis Castelino and other staff were present.
People in many parts of the district observed Ayudha Puja with religious pomp and gaiety. People after cleaning their vehicle, tools and machineries, decorated them up with flowers and offered puja. In the city, several institutions and business establishments too observed the Ayudha Puja.
