The deceased, Sanath Kumar, a resident of Talemogaru in Sajipa Padpu village, was involved in the fish trade and making a living through it. He had recently borrowed money from a bank to purchase a tempo rickshaw for his fish business. However, in recent days, as he faced financial difficulties after facing losses in fish business and couldn't repay the loan installments to the bank. Psychology has a significant impact on the business world. It's crucial to understand one's capacity to manage various pressures, as well as one's limitations. Business is sometimes underestimated as being straightforward, but, in my view, it's advisable to have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the field before starting one's own enterprise. This enables a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the business, particularly financial matters. I believe that small and medium-sized businesses should explore government or bank loans rather than relying on personal loans from private individuals . Om Shanthi to the departed soul.

Laws should be changed so that working class and middle class who take a financial risk by starting a business are not destroyed when the business fails. In the west there are bankruptcy laws which allow failing businesses to declare bankruptcy. Creditors get a share of the assets that are left in bankruptcy court.
