Mangaluru: Krithi excels in rollerskating held at the CBSE South Zone II

Mangaluru, Oct 26: Krithi of grade II has brought accolades to St Agnes school CBSE with her astonishing performance in the skating championship-2023 which was held at National Public School, Kalaburagi between October 19 and 22. She has emerged as a shining star by clinching the Gold Medal in both 500 mts and 300 mts roller skating under age group 8 and has showcased her exceptional mastery. Her talent and determination have led her to this moment of triumph. The CBSE students from four different states such as Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra and Goa had participated in the skating championship. She has been selected for the national-level roller skating championship which will be held in Haryana in November.

Kirthi had participated in district-level selection trials of speed roller skating organised by Dakshina Kannada Roller Sports Association held on October 14 and 15 at Skate City Mangalore. She garnered three Gold medals and was selected for state-level.

She is the proud daughter of Sudeep S. Aithal and Deepthishree S Aithal. She is coached and guided by Mahesh Kumar of Mangalore Skating Club.

On this incredible accomplishment, the management, principal, staff and students have congratulated and wished her the best in CBSE nationals.
