Very dangerous place.... Mayor gave a verbal statement and later instructed the contractor verbally, and the circus is over; let the innocent victim get maimed or die.... nobody will be held accountable?

It is the resposibility of the authorities to trace whoever removed the barricade/s if at all the barricade/s were placed in the first place and penalise appropriately.
