Udupi: St Cecily's School commemorates Children’s Day, 117th death anniversary of Mother Veronica

Udupi, Nov 18: The tiny tots at St Cecily's Nursery and Preparatory School commemorated the 117th anniversary of venerable Mother Veronica's death, as well as children's day along with St Cecily's feast on November 16.

A series of activities began with a staff-led prayer, which was followed by a brief cultural performance and the awarding of prizes for the different competitions held, including fancy dress, singing, dancing, flower arranging, drawing, healthy eating day, colouring, and so forth.

The coordinator, Sr Priya Maria, gave rewards to the kids. She also gave her message.

Both teachers and students found the programme enjoyable.
