Mangaluru, Dec 4: A financial management session of crash course for UGC NET/JRF/KSET was organised by Yenepoya Research Centre for Finance and Entrepreneurship Development (YEN-Refined), The Yenepoya Institute of Arts, Science, Commerce and Management (YIASCM) on December 2. The session commenced with the introduction of the resource person Neenu C, along with the vice principal Dr Jeevan Raj addressing the gathering on the importance of such exams and also commending YEN-Refined for bringing in resource persons of high expertise.

The financial management session conducted by Neenu C, a distinguished senior research scholar at Farook College, Kozhikode, was nothing short of a mind enriching experience for aspirants of UGC NET/JRF/KSET. With a stellar profile that boasts qualifications in both commerce and management, Neenu's expertise in areas such as econometrics modelling, stock market volatility, and behavioural finance shone through her engaging and informative session.

The session covered a spectrum of topics, delving into the intricacies of financial management with a finesse that only someone of Neenu's calibre could provide. Attendees were treated to insights garnered from her extensive research experience, offering a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Neenu's academic journey is adorned with notable achievements, having qualified for NET and JRF in both commerce and management. Her significant contributions to the field are evident from her extensive publication record, with over 10 papers featured in esteemed journals indexed by UGC CARE, Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC. Her commitment to excellence was further underscored by the Best PhD Proposal Award she received at the research colloquium hosted by Taylor's University, Malaysia.

Neenu's journey to success, as shared during the session, is an inspiring narrative of perseverance and hard work. Spending over 20 hours a day preparing for the NET/JRF exams for a period of six months, she emphasized the belief that the pain of struggle is far superior to the pain of regret.
